Our Insight

B2B teams operate radically different, and don't have tools purpose-built for their use-case. The many B2B post-sales roles (support, customer success, solutions, product) end up buying and stitching together many tools including a support system, customer success platform, product marketing tool, knowledge base, product feedback tool, AI support product, and omnichannel integrations. None of them work together.

Twig is going to change this

We're building the first all-in-one support platform purpose-built for B2B.

Discovery

The initial insight came after we noticed the emerging trend of chat-based platforms like Slack Connect and Microsoft Teams partially replacing email in B2B comms, and how that broke most existing post-sales workflows.

That led us down the path to discover the mess that B2B teams deal with today.

Our Roots

Twig's founding team were Customer Success Managers and AI Specialists from companies like H2O.ai, and E2Open. They experiences the pros and cons of B2B customer support from having served thousands of customers over 15 years.
