Build the future of customer support.
Twig is building autonomous AI agents that resolve 70%+ of Tier 1 support tickets end-to-end. We're a small, fast-moving team backed by Race Capital and Path VC, shipping product for 1,200+ support teams. We're looking for people who want to ship work that compounds.
Small team, compounding work
Every engineer and marketer ships something customers see within their first week. No committee layers.
Published work, not internal slides
We publish our pricing, our methodology, and our source data. What you ship is measurable in public.
Remote-friendly, SF-anchored
Founders in San Francisco; team members worldwide. Quarterly on-sites for deep-work weeks.
Open roles
Three roles open as of April 2026. Remote-friendly, full-time. Apply with a note on what you'd build at Twig.
Data Engineer
Build the data infrastructure that powers Twig's autonomous AI agents — ingestion pipelines, evaluation datasets, and feedback loops across Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, and 27 other sources.
What you'll do
- ·Design and own ingestion pipelines for helpdesk tickets, knowledge-base content, CRM data, and product documentation
- ·Build evaluation infrastructure that powers Twig's 7-dimension accuracy methodology and self-evaluation layer
- ·Instrument data quality monitoring, freshness SLAs, and regression detection across customer deployments
- ·Partner with ML engineers and forward-deployed engineers to keep agent grounding current and auditable
What we're looking for
- ·3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with strong Python and SQL
- ·Production experience with Postgres or equivalent, plus event-driven or streaming systems
- ·Familiarity with retrieval pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector stores) or enthusiasm to learn fast
- ·Bias for shipping — you care about data actually making it to production, not just pipelines that run
Forward Deployed Engineer
Embed with enterprise customers to ship AI agents in production. You'll own integrations, workflow design, and performance tuning from signed contract to first-resolved-ticket in under 30 minutes.
What you'll do
- ·Lead customer deployments from kickoff to go-live, partnering with VP of Support / CX leaders on workflow design
- ·Build and tune integrations across Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, and custom APIs
- ·Own production accuracy — monitor confidence scores, tune retrieval, and drive resolution-rate improvements
- ·Turn customer-specific edge cases into product improvements that compound across the entire customer base
What we're looking for
- ·3+ years of professional engineering, with meaningful customer-facing experience (SE, FDE, or technical consulting)
- ·Strong TypeScript and/or Python — comfortable building API integrations end-to-end
- ·Excellent written and verbal communication; you can be the technical voice on a customer call
- ·Comfort operating in ambiguity and shipping the 80% that unblocks the customer this week
Growth Marketer
Own acquisition, content, and demand gen for Twig. Ship SEO-driven content, paid campaigns, and lifecycle programs that turn a fragmented customer service AI market into predictable Twig pipeline.
What you'll do
- ·Plan and execute SEO content strategy — topic clusters, comparison posts, buyer frameworks (see our 420-post blog for the flavor)
- ·Launch and iterate paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit targeting support and CX leaders
- ·Build and run lifecycle programs — free-tier activation, PLG conversion, and expansion nurture flows
- ·Measure everything: pipeline attribution, CAC payback, content ROI — and kill what doesn't work
What we're looking for
- ·3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at an early-stage company where you wore multiple hats
- ·Demonstrated wins on organic growth or paid acquisition — you can point to specific pipeline you've generated
- ·Strong writing and editing skills; comfortable shipping long-form content with technical depth
- ·Data-native — you ship from a spreadsheet and a dashboard, not from intuition
Don't see your role?
We're a small team and the list above is current. If you're exceptional at something adjacent — applied ML, developer-relations, security engineering, customer-support leadership — send us a note telling us what you'd build at Twig and why autonomous AI support is the problem worth your next chapter.
